How to Donate
Thank you for considering contributing to the Second Annual Soup and Solstice event! Proceeds from the auction will help support Feeding Laramie Valley’s mission and programs building food security in Albany County, including the Shares program, which provides free, high-quality produce to those who need it, the Mobile Market, which makes healthy foods available in rural communities without grocery store access, and Kids Out to Lunch, which provides free, healthy meals to kids each summer. If you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, complete the form below by 12:00 p.m December 16, 2024.
Bidding begins at 5:00 p.m and ends at 6:30 p.m. in person at our Soup and Solstice event on December 18, 2024 at 968 N. 9th St. in Laramie.
Donors to the Silent Auction will be recognized in person, on our website, and through our social media channels.

Auction Guidelines:

The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value.

Bidders must use their bidder number in place of their name. Bidder numbers are assigned at the time of registration.

Bids must meet the minimum increment. Bids that do not meet the minimum will be disqualified.

Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item, as long as their bid meets the minimum increment.

The bidder with the highest bid for each item (or the bidder who chooses the “Buy Now” option) agrees to pay the full amount of their bid.

The winning bidder must be present at the event to retrieve their item.

All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are not permitted. All items are “as is.”
